MacGibbon Consulting, LLC., is a locally owned and run business, located in Palatka, Florida and operating in Putnam County, Florida. The primary purpose of MacGibbon Consulting, LLC., is to provide quality lifesaving trainings under the structure of the American Red Cross to the citizens of Putnam County and the surrounding North Florida region. 

I have been working as a trained Lifeguard and Professional Rescuer since 2005 and in that time have had numerous trainings from many instructors. During that time I have come to understand there are many types of instructor trainers working in the field, some good and some not so good. It is one of the American Red Cross's core responsibilities to maintain an extremely high quality training, and I pride myself in stepping up to that challenge. As such, all trainings that I provide will be of the highest quality, allowing for in-training feedback, reasonable accommodations for disabilities, extra practice/training time for participants who are requiring a bit more than the standard amount of training time, and a thorough understanding of the materials presented in each course. 

It is one of my primary goals to have participants of my courses leave feeling more comfortable in both their knowledge and practice hands-on skills to apply in an emergency situation. I look forward to working with all interested in furthering their knowledge and skills in the area of lifesaving responsiveness.
