Providing lifesaving training throughout North Florida, as an Authorized Training Provider with the American Red Cross. All trainings are customized to the groups needs while maintaining the highest teaching standards and following American Red Cross curriculum.

WATER SAFETY

SWMMING

LIFEGUARDING - Provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over.

SAFETY TRAINING FOR SWIM COACHES - The purpose of the American Red Cross Safety Training for Swim Coaches Blended Learning course is to teach those involved in competitive swimming, including coaches, officials, athletic trainers and aquatic exercise trainers, how to help: Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for swimmers; prevent accidents and emergencies; and respond to swimmers with illnesses or injuries in water or on land.
